Ever wanted to learn Japanese but are thrown off by the seemingly foreign alphabets? Well, take your first steps into truly learning how to memorize Hiragana with this app. This app contains all of the Hiragana alphabet in separate categories.
• Practice modes list the selected Hiragana category letters in proper order. For example, the vowels are presented in the AIUEO order.
• The regular mode randomly orders the letters in the category and presents them in a Flashcard fashion.
The best part is that by the time you finish memorizing the Hiragana Alphabet, you will have the same level of knowledge of a Japanese student entering the 1st grade!
While that may be a little disheartening, the main struggle for native English speakers is learning the three Alphabets; Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji. Japanese students are taught both the Hiragana and Katakana alphabets initially and are able to fully verbally communicate before even learning Kanji.
